For the UK, your order will be automatically invoiced including all taxes (20% VAT in the UK).

For Kokko L and XL:
Our delivery partner DB SCHENKER will contact you by email and SMS to inform you that your parcel has been received and to schedule a delivery date. Once the delivery is scheduled, the driver will call you to let you know when they are arriving. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against a signature. If the parcel is damaged, you must note any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, but you may still accept the parcel.
If you are absent, DB Schenker may offer to leave the parcel with one of your neighbors (if they are able to accept it). In any case, if your parcel could not be delivered directly to you, DB SCHENKER will leave a delivery notice with essential information to contact them and arrange a new delivery.
For Little Kokko and accessories:
Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to inform you that your parcel has been received. Once the delivery is scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by SMS and the driver will call you to let you know when they are arriving. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against a signature.
If you are absent, GLS may offer to leave the parcel with one of your relatives (if they are able to accept it), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay Point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In any case, if your parcel could not be delivered directly to you, GLS will leave a delivery notice with essential information to arrange a new delivery.
