Our Kokko grills are proud to be featured on Top Chef! The show Top Chef, broadcast on M6, has established itself over 13 years as the leading culinary competition on French television. Over the years, the program has revealed renowned chefs such as Stéphanie Le Quellec and Jean Imbert, both now Michelin-starred. For several seasons, you can spot our kamados on the show, as Kokko is the official Top Chef barbecue!
Kokko, from starters to dessert...
The Top Chef contestants show incredible creativity in exploring different cooking techniques on the Kokko. In season 12, for example, Chloé Charles presented a smoked milk panna cotta made on the Kokko during a 100% milk challenge, while Mohamed Cheikh delighted the judges with a leg of lamb slow-cooked in the embers of the Kokko.

Kokko wins over chefs! After making a splash on TV in 2021 with his mackerel rillettes prepared on the Kokko, Matthias Marc opened Braise in Paris—a restaurant built around fire cooking. Former Top Chef season 3 contestant Juan Arbelaez now owns 12 restaurants in the Paris region. He has even equipped two of his establishments with Kokko barbecues. Our Kamados are featured at his restaurant Vida, where Juan worked alongside another Top Chef alum, Tania Cadeddu, offering a variety of dishes cooked on the Kokko!
