Home delivery is free for all orders over €99, with a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours.
For Kokko deliveries, delivery is also free, scheduled by appointment.
For orders under €99, delivery is free to a pick-up point.
When placing your order, you can also specify your preferred delivery date in the “Comments” section. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Free home delivery is available for all orders over €99 in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
For Kokko deliveries, home delivery is free and scheduled by appointment. You can also specify the exact day you wish to receive your order in the “Comments” section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to product availability).

Home delivery is available within 3 to 4 days via GLS and within 10 to 15 days via DB Schenker in the United Kingdom.

For the United Kingdom, your order will be automatically invoiced including all taxes (20% VAT in the UK). Customs fees are covered by Verycook. You will not have any additional charges to pay after your order is delivered.
How does home delivery work?

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
For Kokko L and XL:
Our delivery partner DB SCHENKER will contact you by email and SMS to let you know they have received your parcel and to schedule a delivery date. Once the delivery is scheduled, the driver will call you to confirm their arrival. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against signature. If the parcel is damaged, please note any reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip, but you may still accept the parcel.
If you are absent, DB Schenker may offer to leave the parcel with a neighbor (if they are able to accept it). In any case, if your parcel could not be delivered directly, DB SCHENKER will leave a delivery notice with essential information to contact them and arrange a new delivery.
For Little Kokko and accessories:
Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know they have received your parcel. Once the delivery is scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by SMS, and the driver will call you to confirm their arrival. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against signature.
If you are absent, GLS may offer to leave the parcel with someone close to you (if they are able to accept it), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay Point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In any case, if your parcel could not be delivered directly, GLS will leave a delivery notice with essential information to arrange a new delivery.

Your order will be delivered quickly. The vast majority of our products are in stock at our warehouse in La Verpillière, near Lyon.
Expect delivery of your items within 24 to 48 hours.
If the products you ordered are being restocked, this will be indicated on the relevant product page and you will be notified by email. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.

We deliver our products throughout Europe.
Free delivery is available for any purchase over 60 euros, regardless of the European country selected.
The delivery time depends on the chosen country: 2 days for Belgium, Luxembourg, or Germany, and 4 days for Spain or Portugal, for example.

The Verycook warehouse is located in La Verpillière (5 chemin de Malatrait, 38290), just 15–20 minutes from Lyon 🚗

As soon as your order is placed, you can expect an average delivery time of 72 hours if all items are in stock. If you have a preferred delivery date, simply leave us a comment when placing your order.
You can track your delivery in your My Account > Order History area.

Certain large items, such as Kokko L and XL or some trolleys, require pallet delivery to ensure their protection during transport. That’s why we use DB Schenker, a specialist in heavy and bulky logistics. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery slot, Monday to Friday.
