Ceramic requires very little maintenance. If there are cooking residues or soot, simply heat the chamber at a high temperature with an empty cook to naturally burn them off. Also, make sure all parts remain properly in place within the kamado’s structure after use or when moving it. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges, as these could damage the surface.
