
Preparation time: 1 hour – Cooking time: 50 minutes – Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
300 grams smoked bacon
1 Reblochon cheese
20 cl full-fat crème fraîche
Instructions:
1. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, then slice them into rounds once done.
2. In a pan, sauté the shallots—previously peeled and chopped—with butter and oil.
3. Next, add the smoked bacon (see Kokko smoked bacon recipe).
4. Start preheating your Kokko.
5. In a baking dish, layer the potatoes and the bacon mixture alternately.
6. Pour the crème fraîche over the dish.
7. Slice the Reblochon thinly and arrange the slices on top.
8. Finally, place your dish in the Kokko for 30 minutes of smoked cooking.
