After comparing many barbecue models, I chose a kamado for its remarkable versatility. The Kokko lets you grill, smoke, and slow-cook at low temperatures. It’s an authentic and original way to cook, perfect for exploring new flavors.
What’s your favorite dish to make with the Kokko kamado?
I’d say beechwood smoked ribs. The flavor is incredible—the meat is tender and infused with deep aromas thanks to slow cooking and smoking in the kamado.
Any advice for kamado barbecue enthusiasts?
Always fill your Kokko the same way, whether you’re slow-cooking or grilling quickly. This helps you better understand how the kamado responds, manage the temperature precisely, and master your cooking over time.
How often do you use your Kokko barbecue?
As often as possible! Whether alone, with family, or friends, every occasion is perfect for cooking on the kamado. I’m especially looking forward to using the Kokko in autumn and winter for cold smoking: coppa, pancetta, homemade ham, smoked fish… pure enjoyment.
