Mussel and tomato skewers

Brochettes de moules et tomates


Cooking time: 15 min – Preparation time: 10 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

24 large mussels
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 glass of white wine
1 tbsp olive oil


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over high heat.

2. Peel and finely slice the onion and tomatoes.

3. Place the onions with half the glass of white wine and let them reduce. Then place the mussels on your Kokko and pour over the rest of the wine until they open. Let them cool slightly and remove them from their shells.

4. Thread them onto skewers, alternating with the tomatoes.

Enjoy hot or cold!
Tip: Serve your skewers with a sauce made from the mussel juices and a little saffron, warmed with a spoonful of cream. You can also try cooking the mussels with curry, for example.
