Ingredients
500 g shrimp
500 g squid
3 garlic cloves
1 glass of white wine
1 heaping teaspoon tomato paste
Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat.
2. Meanwhile, peel the shrimp and chop the garlic cloves.
3. Sauté the garlic on your Kokko. After a few minutes, add the shrimp and squid to brown them.
4. Pour in the white wine, the teaspoon of tomato paste, the Cayenne pepper, and let everything simmer for about ten minutes. Serve hot.
Tip: You can replace the squid with scallops.
