Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts, 150 g each
2 drinking yogurts
3 lemons
12 fresh figs
2 tablespoons peanut oil
50 g butter
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
mild mustard
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the lemons.
2. In a shallow dish, mix the juice of two lemons with the yogurts and two tablespoons of mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Marinate the chicken breasts for 30 min. Meanwhile, wipe the figs with a damp cloth. Cut them into flower shapes. Set them aside in a sauté pan.
4. Drain the chicken breasts. Drizzle them with the remaining lemon juice. Score the edges.
5. On the plancha, sear the chicken breasts for about 2 min on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle with half the sesame seeds. Return them to the hot plancha for 3 min. Repeat the same process for the other side.
7. Gently heat the figs in the melted butter for about 5 min.
8. On each plate, arrange a golden sesame-crusted chicken breast, surrounded by two figs sautéed in butter.
