3 red bell peppers
1 onion
150 g shrimp
Button mushrooms
Lemon
Preparation:
1. Wash and slice the bell peppers and button mushrooms, then remove the heads from the shrimp.
2. Preheat your Kokko over high heat, then add the bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Stir regularly.
3. After 10 minutes, place the shrimp on the Kokko. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
4. Plate your dish and drizzle with the juice of a lemon.
Serve piping hot!
