
Preparation time: 20 minutes – Cooking time: 1 hour – Serves: 4
Ingredients:
660 g basmati rice
350 g shrimp (peeled)
200 g green asparagus
Olive oil
5 ml lemon juice
70 g Gruyère or Brie (according to your preference)
Preparation:
1. Melt a little butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the garlic.
3. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. In a frying pan, sauté the onions, then add the asparagus, and finally the garlic/lemon mixture prepared earlier.
5. Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish and place it in your Kokko for 1 hour of smoked cooking.
6. Meanwhile, prepare your shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, then add them to your Kokko to cook alongside the asparagus.
7. At the same time, cook your basmati rice for 15 minutes.
8. When everything is ready, plate your dish.
9. Melt your chosen cheese and pour it over the top of your dish.
