1 sea bass (500 g)
Baby turnips
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt and thyme
Preparation:
1. Drizzle a little olive oil on your preheated Kokko at medium heat and grill the sea bass for 10 minutes on one side, then 5 minutes on the other.
2. Let the sea bass rest in a covered dish to finish cooking. Meanwhile, cut the baby turnips into cubes and grill them on the Kokko.
3. Season with salt and sprinkle with thyme. That’s it, your dish is ready—time to enjoy!
