Bacon, Mozzarella & Rocket Pizza

Pizza au bacon, mozzarella et roquette


Ingredients:

1 pizza dough
Tomato sauce
4 slices of bacon (or prosciutto)
1 ball of mozzarella
Rocket
Basil


The recipe:

1 - Roll out your pizza dough and spread with tomato sauce. Add the bacon slices, previously cut in half, and slices of mozzarella.

2 - Sprinkle with basil and add a few rocket leaves.

3 - Light your Kokko and place the ceramic stone inside to preheat. Once the Kokko reaches 250°C, bake the pizza for 5 minutes.

4 - When the crust is golden, remove from the Kokko and enjoy! Bon appétit!
