Ingredients
4 slices of brioche
2 eggs
25 cl milk
1 packet of vanilla sugar
250 g raspberries
60 g sugar
Preparation:
1. In a dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla sugar. Light your Kokko on medium heat and let it preheat for 2 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, soak your brioche slices in the prepared mixture. Place the slices on the Kokko and let them brown for 1 minute on each side.
3. On the other side of the Kokko, sprinkle half the sugar, then add the raspberries on top and finish by covering with the remaining sugar. The sugar will caramelize the raspberries. Stir regularly for 4 minutes.
4. Serve your French toast with the caramelized raspberries on top. Enjoy while it’s hot!
