Smoked ham with pineapple and honey

Jambon fumé à l'ananas et au miel


Preparation time: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 30 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients:


4 thick slices of ham
1 pineapple
60 g butter
Honey
Salt

Method:

1. Place the ham slices in a dish and sprinkle salt underneath and on top.

2. Let them rest in the fridge for 4 hours.

3. Take them out, rinse under cold water, then pat dry with a tea towel.

4. Arrange the slices in a baking dish, then place the dish in your Kokko for 30 minutes of cooking.

5. Slice the pineapple, removing the core.

6. Lay the pineapple slices over the ham.

7. Drizzle with honey.

8. Let everything smoke for a few more minutes.
