Smoked chicken and smoked corn soup

Soupe de poulet fumé et de maïs fumés


Preparation time: 20 min – Cooking time: 50 minutes – Serves: 4

Ingredients:


50 g chicken breast
1 can of corn
1 garlic clove
15 g flour
35 g water
125 ml milk
1 onion
Butter
Salt, pepper

Instructions:

1. Start by covering the chicken breasts generously with salt.

2. Let them rest in the fridge for 4 hours.

3. After this time, remove and rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, then pat dry with a cloth.

4. Place the chicken breasts in your Kokko for 40 minutes of smoking.

5. Next, add the corn to the same dish and cook for 30 minutes, brushing with melted butter.

6. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt a little butter, add the garlic clove, flour, and onion, then the chicken and corn.

7. Pour in the water and milk.

Your dish is ready!
