Roasted peaches and figs

Cooking time: 5 min – Preparation time: 3 min – Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 yellow peaches
12 figs
50 g brown sugar
6 scoops of vanilla ice cream


Preparation:

1. Cut the figs in half. Peel the peaches, then cut them in half and remove the pits. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on the cut side of the fruit.

2. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat, place the fruit sugar-side down on the grill, and caramelize for 5 minutes.

3. Remove immediately and arrange the peaches and figs on individual plates.

4. Let cool slightly, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Enjoy right away.

Tip: You can replace the peaches and figs with other fruits: melon, apricots, plums... And swap the vanilla ice cream for calisson or coconut ice cream.
