Stuffed red mullet with pistou

Rougets farcis au pistou


Cooking time: 15 min – Preparation time: 45 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 red mullets
4 teaspoons of pistou
4 slices of smoked bacon
4 sprigs of rosemary
Olive oil
1 small glass of dry white wine


Preparation:

1. Prepare your red mullets (scale, gut, behead, and remove the bones). For more details on preparing your fish, visit the author’s blog.
2. Place a spoonful of pistou sauce on your fillets. Close the fillets two by two to re-form the fish.

3. Wrap each fish with a slice of smoked bacon.

4. Place your red mullets with a sprig of rosemary on your Kokko, after drizzling with olive oil and white wine. Cook.

5. Enjoy piping hot!
