Salad with beef meatballs

Ingredients:

500 g lamb’s lettuce
300 g ground beef
8 cherry tomatoes
4 pink radishes
1 slice of sandwich bread
1 egg
Paprika


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko on low heat. Meanwhile, rinse the lamb’s lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, and radishes under cold water. Slice the pink radishes thinly.

2. Prepare the beef meatballs by mixing the meat with the egg yolk, chopped sandwich bread, and paprika. Shape into meatballs and cook them on the Kokko.

3. Arrange your plate by placing the salad with the tomatoes and radish slices, then add the beef meatballs!
