Ingredients:
16 cooked, peeled king prawns
12 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
A pinch of turmeric and Espelette pepper
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and patting them dry
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, turmeric, pepper, salt, and black pepper. Finely chop the garlic, add it in, and stir
3. Pour the sauce onto a plate
4. Thread the prawns and cherry tomatoes onto skewers (on each skewer, start with a prawn, then alternate until the fourth and last prawn).
5. Place the skewers in the marinade and turn them to coat each side
6. Place the skewers on a hot plancha and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
