Black rice with scallops and smoked king prawns

Riz noir aux nois de Saint-Jacques et Gambas fumées


Preparation time: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 40 minutes – Serves: 6

Ingredients:


18 scallops
12 king prawns
400 g black rice
Salt, pepper
Optional: 1 orange

Method:

1. Cook the black rice for 35 minutes with 60 g of salt.

2. 15 minutes after the rice has started cooking, move on to the second part of your dish: season the scallops with 6 g (about 2 pinches) of salt.

3. Lightly oil the king prawns.

4. Place the king prawns in your Kokko for a smoked cook, for 10 minutes.

5. After 5 minutes, add the scallops to the Kokko for 5 minutes.

6. Remove the rice and place it in a pan.

7. Add the scallops and king prawns, season with salt and pepper.

8. Your dish is now ready to serve!

Optional: you can squeeze an orange and add its juice to the pan for a subtle aromatic touch.
