Ingredients
300 g frozen calamari rings
6 prawns
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion
1 lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp spices (sweet chili, ginger, turmeric, paprika, coriander, cumin)
Preparation:
1. Prepare a marinade by mixing the spices, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add the calamari rings and halved prawns, the peppers cut into strips, and the onion chopped into small pieces. Refrigerate for one hour.
2. Preheat your plancha for 5 minutes, drizzle a little oil on the cooking plate, then cook while stirring frequently.
3. Pour the marinade over the Kokko halfway through cooking.
4. Enjoy piping hot on toasted bread or with a green salad!
