Ingredients
375 g chicken breast
3/4 bowl breadcrumbs
1/3 bowl chopped pistachios
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 bowl flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
1. Blend together the chicken, breadcrumbs, pistachios, egg, flour, olive oil, and spices. You should get a thick mixture.
2. Shape the mixture into balls using your hands, then roll them in flour.
3. Preheat your Kokko on high heat and generously oil the griddle with sunflower oil.
4. Sauté the meatballs in the oil, turning them regularly. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from the plancha and drain on paper towels...
