Crispy chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 egg white
Crushed corn flakes
Vegetable oil
Half a bowl of flour

Preparation:

1. To make this recipe, preheat your plancha over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts. Let them brown for 4 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Prepare the coating for the chicken: place the flour in one bowl, beat the egg white in another, and put the crushed corn flakes in a third bowl.

3. Dip the chicken breasts into each of the three bowls. Repeat the process a second time. On your hot, generously oiled Kokko, arrange the coated chicken breasts.

4. Brown them for 3 minutes on each side. Your crispy chicken breasts are ready to enjoy!
