250 g chicken breast
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Sunflower oil
Preparation:
1. Blend together 250 g of chicken breast, 1 egg, 1/2 onion, and 1 garlic clove until you get a thick paste. Shape small patties or balls with your hands. You can give your nuggets any shape you like.
2. Prepare your coating by placing flour, the remaining egg, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Dip your nuggets successively into each bowl.
