Ingredients:
1 trimmed pork ribs
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp herbes de Provence
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mild chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Equipment:
Kokko kamadoLittle, L or XL
Cast iron plancha cooking plate
Or Cast iron grill grate
Or Stainless steel grill grate
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the spices and condiments, then immerse the pork ribs or brush them generously. Let marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat and sear the ribs, turning them regularly. Cook for 40 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
3. You can add the remaining marinade at the end of cooking. Remove the ribs and enjoy immediately!
