Ingredients

4 cod fillets
4 thin slices of smoked bacon
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

1. Brush the cod fillets and cherry tomatoes with olive oil. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat (to gently confit the cherry tomatoes first, then increase the heat later).

2. Place the cherry tomatoes on the plancha and turn them to ensure even cooking for 10 minutes. Next, add the seasoned fish fillets with fleur de sel and pepper, and cook them on one side only for 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, on the other side of your cooking plate, sear the thin slices of smoked bacon.

4. All that’s left is to plate and enjoy.
