An assortment of mushrooms: chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms…

2 garlic cloves

A few sprigs of rosemary

Baking paper or banana leaf
Equipment:
- Kamado Koko
- Stainless steel charcoal basket
- Stainless steel cooking grate
- Large stainless steel tongs
Preparation :
Make a generous foil packet with sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Seal tightly. Place on the grill over medium heat, lid closed, for 15 to 20 minutes. The mushrooms cook in their own juices, preserving all their flavor.
Serve as a starter for a grilled meal, with rustic bread toasted on the barbecue.
