
A vegetarian recipe that’s utterly delicious.
Ingredients :

300 g oyster mushrooms

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper
Equipment:
- Kamado Kokko
- Chamba black clay salad bowl
- Stainless steel cooking accessory kit: a spatula, a meat fork, tongs, and a brush for your marinades.
- Cast iron cooking grate
Preparation :
Whisk all the marinade ingredients together. Generously brush the oyster mushrooms, then let rest for 20 minutes. Grill directly on the grate for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until lightly caramelized.
Perfect in a burger bun with arugula, red onions, and homemade pickles.
