Ingredients
4 slices of country bread
4 slices of ham
150 g goat cheese log
1 bunch of cherry tomatoes
1 orange bell pepper
1 bunch of parsley
1 onion
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Prepare your vegetables: slice the bell pepper and onion into strips. Then, cut each cherry tomato in half. Cut thin slices of goat cheese.
2. Preheat your Kokko and lightly oil it. Place the slices of country bread on the grill and toast them on both sides. Add the slices of ham and turn them over after 2 minutes.
3. Finally, add the onion strips, bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes to the plancha. Grill everything for a few minutes. Remove from the Kokko and assemble your tartines. Add parsley and the slices of goat cheese.
