Ingredients
2 tuna steaks
Cracked pepper
For the purée:
6 carrots
2 potatoes
Butter
A generous pinch of cumin
10 cl coconut milk
Preparation:
1. Prepare your purée: cook the peeled and chopped carrots and potatoes in water for about 20 minutes. Blend with a knob of butter, cumin, and coconut milk.
2. Brush your tuna steaks with oil and coat them in salt and pepper. Grill them on your Kokko for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Plate and enjoy!
