Rabbit skewers with honey and prunes

Ingredients

2 rabbit fillets
12 pitted prunes
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

1. Cut the rabbit fillets into cubes.

2. Thread the prunes and rabbit pieces onto 12 skewers.

3. Brush the rabbit pieces with liquid honey. Season with salt and pepper.

4. On your preheated Kokko, cook the skewers over low heat for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently.

5. Serve and enjoy this little taste of vacation!

Tip: For a twist, you can wrap the prunes in smoked bacon and make mini skewers for appetizers.
