8 razor clams
Parsley

1 lemon
Pepper


Preparation:

1. Grill your razor clams on your hot, lightly oiled Kokko until they open.

2. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice, and pepper.

3. Enjoy immediately while hot!

Tip: Don’t overcook the razor clams to keep them tender.
