Ingredients
2 thick salmon fillets
2 lemons
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Fleur de sel
Parsley
Preparation:
1. Slice the lemons and chop the parsley. Cut the salmon fillets into cubes.
2. Using skewers, make 4 kebabs by alternating a piece of salmon with a folded lemon slice.
3. Sprinkle the kebabs with chopped parsley and sesame seeds. Season with freshly ground pepper, a pinch of fleur de sel, and a drizzle of olive oil.
4. Drizzle a little olive oil onto the hot Kokko and grill the kebabs on each side.
Tip: You can serve the kebabs “medium-rare”, accompanied by a homemade tartar sauce.
