Ingredients
4 tortilla wraps
2 chicken fillets
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 zucchini
Tzatziki sauce
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko to 180°C.
2. Meanwhile, slice the chicken fillets thinly. Wash and dice the zucchini and tomatoes, then cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
3. Place the chicken on one side of your Kokko, and the vegetables on the other, stirring the vegetables regularly.
4. For a warm wrap, place the tortilla wraps on your Kokko during the last few minutes of cooking.
5. Remove all ingredients from your Kokko. Lightly spread tzatziki sauce on the tortilla wraps, then fill them with the other ingredients. Fold them tightly so they hold together.
6. Enjoy them warm, or chill for 2 hours for a cold meal.
Tip: You can fill your wraps with any type of sauce you like: guacamole, mayonnaise, goat cheese.
