Ingredients
12 homemade mini buns
150 g Toulouse sausage meat
1 organic apple
1 onion
Lettuce
Ketchup
Preparation:
1. Prepare 12 homemade mini buns. Allow the dough to rest for about 1h30 before baking for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C.
2. For the filling, dice the peeled apple and onion. Mix them with the sausage meat to form 12 small pork patties.
3. Grill your patties on the Kokko for 6–7 minutes, searing each side well. Remove the buns from the oven, slice them in half, and toast them on your Kokko for 1 minute to make them crispy.
4. Spread a little ketchup on the buns, then add your apple pork patty.
5. Add a bit of lettuce and close your burger with the top of the bun.
