Salmon skewers with rosemary

Brochettes de saumon au romarin

Cooking time: 10 min – Preparation time: 5 h – Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
2 spring onions
4 sprigs of rosemary
Sun-dried tomatoes
Soy sauce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Cut the salmon fillets into cubes. Skewer the salmon pieces onto the rosemary sprigs along with the sun-dried tomatoes.

2. Marinate the skewers in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, and finely chopped spring onions. Chill for about four hours.

3. Cook the skewers on the plancha.

4. Enjoy as a sunny appetizer!
