Sautéed brown mushrooms on the kamado

A healthy alternative to sautéed potatoes.

Ingredients :

  • 400 g brown mushrooms (or button mushrooms)

  • 1 sliced shallot

  • A dash of lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley

  • Butter or olive oil

  • Fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

Equipment:

Preparation:
On the Kokko plancha plate, sauté the shallot with a little fat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sear over high heat until golden. Finish with a splash of lemon, chopped parsley, and a pinch of fleur de sel.

An elegant side for all your grilled dishes, from lamb chops to whole fish.
