Ingredients :

400 g brown mushrooms (or button mushrooms)

1 sliced shallot

A dash of lemon juice

Fresh parsley

Butter or olive oil

Fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

On the Kokko plancha plate, sauté the shallot with a little fat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sear over high heat until golden. Finish with a splash of lemon, chopped parsley, and a pinch of fleur de sel.
