Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 bunch of parsley
Paprika
Cumin
Saffron
Turmeric
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
1 onion
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
2. In a dish, mix the spices. Coat the chicken in this mixture.
3. Fire up your Kokko. Add a splash of olive oil and cook the chicken breasts for about ten minutes, turning them regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Finely chop the onion and parsley, then sprinkle over the golden chicken.
Tip: Serve with rice.
