Tikka chicken

Poulet tikka


Cooking time: 15 min – Preparation time: 15 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

400 g chicken breast fillets
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
Juice of 1 lemon
75 g plain yogurt


Preparation:

1. Combine the spices, yogurt, crushed garlic, oil, and lemon juice in a dish.

2. Cut the chicken fillets into small cubes.

3. Soak the chicken cubes in the mixture. Leave to marinate overnight.

4. Fire up your Kokko. Thread the cubes onto skewers. Grill for a few minutes on each side until golden.

5. Serve piping hot.

Tip: Enjoy these skewers with a yogurt sauce: pour Greek yogurt into a bowl, add your favorite spices and herbs, the juice of half a lemon, and it’s ready!
