Ingredients
4 beef tournedos
100 g ground hazelnuts
200 ml crème fraîche
Parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
1. Finely slice your onions and brown them on a pre-oiled Kokko over medium heat. Place a small saucepan on one side of the Kokko, then add the onions, 75 g of ground hazelnuts, and the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper, and let everything heat gently for a few minutes.
2. Light the other side of the Kokko on high heat and lightly oil with olive oil. Once your Kokko is very hot, place the tournedos on the grill and sear for 2 minutes on each side (or longer for medium doneness).
3. Serve your dish immediately. Arrange the tournedos with the hazelnut sauce and enjoy.
