Zucchini sticks with cured ham

Batônnets de courgettes et jambon cru


Cooking time: 10 min – Prep time: 10 min – Serves: 5

Ingredients

4 slices of prosciutto
3 sheets of brick pastry
Grated Parmesan
1/2 zucchini
Olive oil


Preparation:


1. Cut your zucchini in half, then slice it lengthwise into thin sticks. Slice the prosciutto into thin strips as well.

2. Lay out your brick pastry sheets and cut each into 4 pieces (like a cake). Sprinkle grated Parmesan over each "triangle" of pastry. Place a zucchini stick and a strip of prosciutto at the tip of the triangle, then roll it up.

3. Seal each roll with a little olive oil. You should get about fifteen sticks. Using a brush, coat each one with olive oil.

4. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat and arrange your zucchini and prosciutto sticks on the grill.

5. Grill for 5 minutes on each side until golden. Once cooked, sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve immediately!
