Duck and apricot skewers

Brochettes de canard aux abricots

Cooking time: 6 min – Preparation time: 60 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 duck breasts
4 apricots
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Trim the fat from the duck breasts and cut them into cubes. Wash the apricots and quarter them.

Prepare your marinade by mixing all the ingredients together. Thread the duck and apricot pieces alternately onto skewers.

Brush the skewers with the marinade and chill for one hour.

On your Kokko plancha, cook the skewers for 2–3 minutes on each side.
