Ingredients
4 sea bream
150 ml lemon juice
4 tbsp dry white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 white onion
1 lemon
Preparation:
1. Rinse and gut the sea bream, then score each side.
2. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the other ingredients (except the lemon and onion).
3. Slice the lemon and onion into rounds. Place a slice of lemon, a slice of onion, and a bay leaf inside each sea bream.
4. Arrange the sea bream in a dish along with the remaining lemon and onion slices. Pour over the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
5. Grill the sea bream on your Kokko for 6 minutes on each side.
