
Preparation time: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 15–30 minutes – Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 kg of raclette cheese from Savoie or Switzerland
Method:
1. Slice the raclette cheese into several pieces.
2. Place them on the grill of your Kokko for a cold smoking session of 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the intensity of smoke you desire.
