Chocolate and Orange Mangoes

Mangues au chocolat et à l'orange


Cooking time: 7 min – Prep time: 10 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 mango
2 packets of vanilla sugar
Juice of 3 oranges
Chocolate


Preparation:

1. Prepare the fruit: cut the mango into 4 pieces and squeeze the oranges. Preheat your Kokko over medium heat and place the mango pieces on it.

2. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and let them caramelize for a few minutes. Pour the orange juice over the mangoes. The mangoes should start to caramelize. Remove them from the Kokko.

3. Chop 8 squares of chocolate and add them to the caramelized orange juice on the Kokko. The chocolate will melt and absorb the orange caramel flavor.

4. Once melted, remove and pour everything (chocolate and caramelized orange juice) over the reserved mangoes. A delicious dessert for the whole family.
