Ingredients
2 large courgettes
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
250 g minced beef
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
3 tomatoes
Grated cheese
Herbes de Provence
Optional: spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric)
Preparation:
1. Wash and slice the courgettes lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh with a small spoon and set it aside.
2. Fire up your Kokko and oil it lightly. Sauté the onion and courgette flesh. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, finely minced garlic, herbs, and spices, then stir well. Finally, add the minced beef.
3. Fill the courgettes with the meat mixture. Arrange them in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. A few minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle grated cheese over the dish.
Tip: Serve with rice or pasta.
