Ingredients
6 yellow peaches
50 g honey
50 g butter
80 g muesli
25 g sugar
Optional: ground cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Rinse the peaches. Cut them in half and remove the pit. Sprinkle with sugar.
2. Light your Kokko on high heat. Melt the butter with the honey, then add the muesli and let it caramelize. Set aside.
3. Caramelize the peaches, starting with the skin side down.
4. To serve: fill the peaches with the muesli. Drizzle with honey. Ready to enjoy!
Tip: Serve with a scoop of vanilla or honey ice cream.
