
Preparation time: 30 minutes + 2 hours – Cooking time: 4 to 5 hours – Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 kg beef brisket
5 g (1 tablespoon) cayenne pepper
15 g salt
15 g onion powder
15 g garlic powder
15 g mustard
Optional: 1 dark beer
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Put the beef brisket in a dish and coat all sides of the meat with the mixture.
3. Leave to chill for 2 to 5 hours.
4. Then place your brisket in your Kokko for a smoked cook for 4 to 5 hours.
Optional: Add the dark beer to the marinade to enhance the flavor of the meat.
