Smoked Chicken & Fresh Vegetable Wrap

Wrap Poulet Fumé et crudités


Preparation time: 1 hour – Cooking time: 40 minutes – Serves: 4



Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts (about 800 g)
4 tortillas
4 lettuce leaves
1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 onions
Gruyère cheese
Oil
Salt, pepper

Equipment:

Kokko Kamado L or XL


Preparation:

1. To start, coat the chicken breasts with salt and curry.

2. Let them rest in the fridge for 4 hours.

3. Once the time is up, take out and rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, then pat them dry with a cloth.

4. Next, place the chicken breasts in your Kokko for 40 minutes of smoking.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables for your wraps.
5. Cut the cucumber, carrot, and onions into julienne strips and cook them in a pan.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, and the Gruyère (grated or also in julienne strips).

7. Warm your tortillas for a few seconds in the pan or in your Kokko.

8. Then place them on plates, adding a washed lettuce leaf to each tortilla.

9. Do the same with the vegetables.

10. Finally, add the smoked chicken breasts.

Fold your wraps and enjoy!
This recipe can also be served cold, without cooking the vegetables and/or tortillas.
